Welcome to Firmr, operated by VRL. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our web app accessible at firmr.vrl.nz.
By accessing or using Firmr, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our web app.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of such changes by posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of Firmr after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
You agree to use Firmr only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the web app. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our web app.
Firmr does not require user accounts. We do not store any personal data, use cookies, or monitor your usage of the application. All processing is done locally in your browser.
In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we ensure that:
All content, trademarks, logos, and data on Firmr, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, icons, hyperlinks, private information, designs, and agreements, are the property of or licensed to VRL and as such are protected from infringement by local and international legislation and treaties.
Firmr and VRL will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the web app or these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of use, data, profits, or other intangibles, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VRL and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debt, and expenses arising from your use of and access to Firmr, or your violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to Firmr immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the country in which you reside, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
